• clogged Cider (Brittany;-) • Crème de Cassis (Dijon;-) Cider must be fresh!


In a large glass, put 1 part crème de cassis and four volumes of cider. –

Serve as an appetizer. with Some peanuts ( salted and in shells), olives and cured sausage sliced with bread.
